Posted on nov 19 2009. Are you fixing your mini yourself. The sun roof opens and then the windows go down and everything. Check the parcel shelf has been refitted correctly as there is a micro switch on the left hand side that stops the second stage of the roof from opening.

When i put it back to normal it sounds like it is closing and then the sun roof closes. The button next to the open roof button flashes red on and off whilst i depress the open roof button not sure if this has relevance. Just bought r52 cooper s convertible and roof wont go all way back. Dont know whats wrong.
