Remove the transmitter from the sensor for about ten seconds and then reconnect it to the sensor. If this happens you ll need to insert a new sensor. For cgm users follow the find lost sensor procedure to re establish communication with the sensor. For example insert so the sensor on the bottom and the transmitter sits on top.
